LA Fitness Coming to Laveen

This notice is to all the folks in Laveen that have asked me for years for a fitness/workout facility. My friend and a true partner in improving the quality of life in Laveen, Michael Moreines of Sierra Sun Properties has confirmed that LA Fitness will soon be coming to a popular corner in Laveen. The Southwest Corner of 51st Avenue and West Baseline Road will be the new home of LA Fitness. They will occupy a 42,000 square foot building, with all the state of the art work out equipment and are currently pulling building permits with the City of Phoenix. Their build out should be about six to nine months, but applications will be taken sooner than that. Stay tuned for the location. Thanks Michael. He also has some other exciting news for us, but it will have to wait until next month.

That’s great news! Any other information on the details of the club they are building? As in, what features it will have? Any updates on completion? Thanks for the info!

I can’t wait. I keep coming up with excuses to not work out but with one right in my backyard I really have no reason to not workout. Please post an new updates.
